Can I add a picture from my PC or laptop on to a scarf?

Yes, an official or any photo you find on the internet you can add on to the fan scarf. After you have entered the design your self section click the add photo button. You can change the size of the image you have added. Due to technical reasons there are some color restrictions for knitted and woven scarves.

Can I pay for my product at your company?

No. Payment method is only valid on this site.

I do not want the background color of my image do not want it to look like a square on my scarf the background on the image can be removed. For this to be removed you can leave a note on the customer representative note section in the order process stating that you do not want the background color of your Image. How ever their might be certain losses to your image. The reason for this is because the one color that you see is really a mixture of hundreds of composed colors. The graphics program can generate color losses while trying to remove the background color.

Does the courier company bring the package to my address or do i have to pick it up?

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you have given. You do not need to go anywhere to collect your package.

Can you pay with instalments by credit card?

We are still working on processing instalments with credit cards thank you for your understanding. Only available selected countries.

What happens if no ones at home when my package arrives?

If the courier company can not find anyone at your address they will leave a note regarding to pick up your package at your nearest post office branch. If your package is not picked up within 3 days the package will be sent back to us.

How much is shipping cost?

It varies according to products weight and quantity.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

It is very difficult to modify an order already in production. Therefore if you can contact us by e-mail as soon as you relies your mistake we can immediately make changes you want to your product.

Will the print of my satin scarf be exactly the same as what i see on my screen?

The print you will see on the screen will generally be very close to the print on your product. However depending on the color settings of your monitor there may be differences in color tone and brightness. But if you make certain changes to the image settings and make graphic changes you can make it very close to your desired color.

For example the color you see on your screen as bright blue is different blends and composed of different shades. Do not forget your screen is bright and the image you will see is also bright. We print the image on your product without any color changes, for this reason there might be slight differences between actual print and screen image.

Is there a gift pack option?

No. All products are delivered with standard packaging.

Do I need to be a member to buy?

No when you add your product to your shopping basket and continue you can use the buy without being a member option.
